Ok i just recently finished Nightfall campain you know killing Abbadon and i heard once you did it you would be transported to some place were you could get nice weps and awesom looking armour so i go there and i had no idea what was required for the armour being a first timer so i had a look and now have forgotten ok so here is my question.
Does anyone know if i have to kill Abbadon AGAIN! to get back in to the special place and does anyone know what the required materials and cash are for the armour???
Can someone help me out here.

Factions is the same, you need to kill Shiro every time you want access to the armor crafters and weapon traders on the Divine Path...it's just an extra little "price" to pay for the end-game armor. Sort of also proof to someone you have finished the game...as you have to finish the game in order to access the armor.
